Refunds and Cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid enrollments in Fibonacci Retracement Planning Workshops, one-to-one chart coaching, and swing-level planning clinics offered by Secure Net Framework. It does not cover third-party software, brokerage fees, or products we do not sell.

Deposit and full payment

Workshop and clinic seats require a 30% deposit to reserve. Coaching sessions are prepaid in full. Balances for workshops and clinics are due before the first meeting.

Full refund eligibility

• Workshop / clinic: Cancel in writing (email) at least 14 days before the first session — deposit refunded in full.
• Coaching: Cancel at least 48 hours before the booked start — full prepaid fee refunded.

Partial refund

• Cancel 7–13 days before a workshop or clinic start: 50% of the deposit retained; remainder refunded.
• After materials are issued and session one has begun: no refund for that sequence; unused later sessions may be credited toward a future cohort within six months at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

• Printed chart packs already produced for a private corporate group after approval of headcount
• Completed coaching hours (including no-shows after the 48-hour window)
• Alumni clinic seats purchased at the reduced rate within 7 days of the clinic date

Rescheduling

Workshop participants may transfer once to a later cohort if seats exist, when notice is given at least 7 days ahead. Coaching may be rescheduled once without fee with 48 hours’ notice; further changes may forfeit the prepaid slot.

No-shows

Missing a session without notice counts as delivered for that meeting. Workshop no-shows do not extend the sequence unless we agree in writing.

Work already started

Once live instruction for a session has begun, that session’s fee portion is earned. Homework review already completed between sessions is likewise earned.

Refund process and timing

Email info@securenetframework.digital with your name, lesson, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned by the original bank transfer method within 10 business days. Processing time at your bank may add several days.

Exceptions

Serious illness or bereavement documented reasonably may receive more flexible credit; contact us promptly. Force majeure (studio access blocked by local emergency) leads to reschedule or full credit.
